Registration changes for 2025 (URGENT)
In the immortal words of Chief Martin Brody, "you're gonna need a bigger boat"... in our case we are goona need more floor time.
Based on pre-season polling of new and returning IHAAZ teams and programs, we anticipate most divisions having more teams wanting to participate than we have rink time to accommodate. Because of this, we unfortunately will need to cap how many teams we can accept entries for in each division. For the first 3 qualifier dates (February/Peoria, March/Yuma, and April/Peoria) each division can only accommodate the below team counts.
8U (up to 6 teams)
10U (up to 8 team)
12U (up to 8 teams)
14U (up to 8 teams)
16U (up to 6 teams to have a start time of 3PM or later)
18U (up to 6 teams to have a start time of 3PM or later)
For the May/Prescott date and Zona Cup Finals this will not be an issue as we have more floor time and/or days to use.
During each events registration period, once the allowed # of entries for a division has been met, we will still accept additional registrations, but as waiting list entries. This does not mean your teams registration won't be accepted however.
Before a teams entry is accepted, the entry fee payment must be made, a rosters that includes at least 6 skaters, a goalie, and a coach must be turned in, and each player, goalie, and coach listed on each roster MUST have an electronic waiver submitted and their RHA membership recorded. Additional players, goalies, or coaches may be added post registration (see registration page for more info).
Entries will be reviewed in the order we received them. You will be notified of either your confirmation or denial of entry within 48 hours of us receiving them. If a teams entry is received, but the above criteria is not met, their entry will be denied, and the team will be asked to resubmit a new entry. In that instance the next entry in the queue will be processed, etc.
If your entry and payment are received but you do not get into the event, your payment may be kept on account for the next event, or you may request a refund, however refunds may be subject to a slight processing fee.
Summary: To insure your teams entry is valid, do not submit your registration without verifying all players and coaches listed have completed a 2025 season waiver and have a current RHA membership.
To assist with this, we have built a live list of all players and coaches who have submitted a waiver for the 2025 season.
This list shows each player by first initial and last name, along with birth year. If their name is not on this list, they have not submitted a waiver. We will be attempting to update this list daily during each events registration period.
To verify RHA membership view their member list at the link below.
These lists are helpful for you as a way to verify your players have completed their items. In addition to these lists, both the IHAAZ waiver submission and the RHA membership purchase generate confirmation emails that are sent upon completion. We suggest you ask each of your players to foward you those emails once they've been received, so you have that confirmation as well.
